Surface Finish - Gloss: Gloss tiles are glazed and have a reflective/mirror shine. The gloss finish gives a high impact, glamorous look. They can scratch easier than matt tiles and used more on walls and low traffic floor areas.
Material - Porcelain: Fully vitrified tile with water absorption less than 0.5%. They have very low water absorption and are frost-proof so can be used externally in very cold climates. Being strong and non-porous they are also very resistant to staining.
